These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the mobile application (hereinafter, "the Application"), developed for managing clients, quotes, and invoices. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, the user (hereinafter, "the User") expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Application offers, among others, the following features:
Customer management.
Creation, editing, and management of quotes.
Creation, editing, and management of invoices.
Invoice customization.
Generation of PDF documents of quotes and invoices.
Data storage on the device and secure synchronization via iCloud.
The Application can be used free of charge, with access to basic features.
Some advanced features require a paid subscription.
The User is responsible for having a compatible device and a stable internet connection to ensure the proper functioning of the Application.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, in accordance with its policies.
Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method linked to the User's App Store account.
The subscription will renew automatically unless the User cancels the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
No refunds will be issued for subscription periods already in progress.
Data entered into the Application is securely stored on the User's device and, if activated, in the iCloud cloud.
The Application does not share personal data with third parties without the User's prior consent.
The User is responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of their information.
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Application, its source code, design, interface, logos, and other elements belong to the developer.
The User has a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The developer is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or errors resulting from misuse of the Application.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information entered in estimates and invoices.
The Application is not a substitute for accounting, tax, or legal advice.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as to update or add new features to the Application. Modifications will be notified to the User and will become effective upon publication in the App Store or on the Application itself.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the competent courts of the User's domicile, provided that consumer regulations permit it.
