This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Martínez Muñoz ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the PomoVision app for Apple Vision Pro ("the App"). We have built PomoVision to need as little of your data as possible.

1. Summary

• We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or location to use the App.
• Your in-app settings and free-trial credits are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
• To provide subscriptions, limited purchase data is processed by Apple and by our subscription provider RevenueCat.
• We do not use third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Information stored on your device

Your preferences (such as focus and break durations, sound and notification settings) and your remaining free-trial credits are saved locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Subscription and purchase information

When you start a free trial or purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple and processed through RevenueCat. In this process the following may be collected and shared with us in aggregated or pseudonymous form:

• A randomly generated, anonymous app user identifier created by RevenueCat;
• Subscription and transaction status (for example: active, trial, expired), product identifiers, and purchase, renewal, and expiration dates;
• Store country/region, platform, device type, and app version.

We never receive your full payment card number or your Apple ID password. All payment processing is performed by Apple.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us by email for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

What we do not collect

The App does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not collect your name, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone/camera data, or browsing history.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, activate, and manage your subscription and unlock premium features;
• To validate your entitlements and let you restore previous purchases;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process information on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the subscription you purchased); our legitimate interests (securing the App and preventing fraud); your consent (for example, device notifications, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Notifications

PomoVision can show local notifications (for example, when a focus or break period ends) only after you grant permission. These notifications are generated on your device. You can disable them at any time in the App's settings or in your device's system settings.

6. Service Providers and Sharing

We share the limited information described above only with providers that help us operate the App:

• Apple — App Store distribution and payment processing. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription management and purchase validation. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Data Retention

Subscription records are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, support your purchases, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states may have similar rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at developer@danielmartinez.info. Because we do not collect directly identifying information, we may ask for details (such as your purchase receipt or RevenueCat app user ID) to help locate the relevant data. You may also delete locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Children's Privacy

PomoVision is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

11. Security

We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected at this URL.
