MindForward writes your plan on your device with Apple Intelligence, so it needs an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone or iPad with Apple Intelligence switched on in Settings. The first time it is switched on, iOS downloads its on-device model — about 7 GB, over Wi-Fi, once. That download is handled and managed by iOS; MindForward downloads nothing of its own.
If MindForward says the model is still downloading, iOS has not finished preparing it. It needs Wi-Fi and roughly 7 GB of free space, it continues in the background, and it can pause and resume on its own. Your answers are saved while you wait, and your plan starts by itself as soon as the model is ready. You can check progress in Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri.
MindForward Plus is billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel it, open the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions, or the App Store › your profile › Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the end of a period stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until that period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open Settings inside MindForward and tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still shows Free, email us and we will sort it out.
What you write and the plans made for you never leave your device. Settings › Reset App Data deletes all of it, permanently. Anonymous usage analytics are off until you agree to them, can be turned off again at any time in Settings, and can be deleted on request — email us the identifier shown under the analytics switch. MindForward crea tu plan en tu dispositivo con Apple Intelligence, así que necesita un iPhone o iPad compatible con Apple Intelligence y esta función activada en Ajustes. La primera vez que se activa, iOS descarga su modelo en el dispositivo: unos 7 GB, por Wi-Fi, una sola vez. De esa descarga se encarga iOS; MindForward no descarga nada propio.
Si MindForward dice que el modelo se está descargando, es que iOS aún no ha terminado de prepararlo. Necesita Wi-Fi y unos 7 GB libres, continúa en segundo plano y puede pausarse y reanudarse solo. Tus respuestas se guardan mientras esperas y tu plan empieza por sí mismo en cuanto el modelo está listo. Puedes ver el progreso en Ajustes › Apple Intelligence y Siri.
MindForward Plus se cobra a través de tu Apple ID. Para cambiarla o cancelarla, abre Ajustes › tu nombre › Suscripciones, o la App Store › tu perfil › Suscripciones. Si cancelas al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo, no se renovará; conservas Plus hasta que termine ese periodo. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com.
Abre Ajustes dentro de MindForward y toca Restaurar compras con el mismo Apple ID con el que compraste. Si sigue apareciendo como Gratis, escríbenos y lo resolvemos.
Lo que escribes y los planes creados para ti nunca salen de tu dispositivo. Ajustes › Restablecer datos lo borra todo de forma permanente. La analítica anónima está desactivada hasta que la aceptas, puedes desactivarla de nuevo cuando quieras en Ajustes y podemos borrarla si nos lo pides: escríbenos con el identificador que aparece bajo el interruptor de analítica.
